Return & Refund Policy
1. GENERAL POLICY
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN/REFUND
Returns or refunds are only applicable in the following situations:
- The product received is damaged during transit
- The product received is incorrect (wrong item shipped)
- The product is expired upon delivery
To be eligible, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with Complete Package Opening video (COMPULSORY)
3. REPORTING AN ISSUE
To report an issue, please contact our customer support at kysmaluxe@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the order. Include your order number, photos of the product, package opening video, and a description of the issue.
4. RETURN PROCESS
If your return request is approved, we will refund in your account wallet of our website or guide you on how to return the product. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with the invoice attached.
5. REFUND PROCESS
Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days. The refund will be credited in your account wallet of our website.
6. NON-ELIGIBLE RETURNS
- Products returned without prior approval
- Products used or opened
- Products returned after 24 hours of delivery without any reported issue
- Free gifts or promotional items
7. EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not offer exchanges.
8. SHIPPING COSTS
If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), we will bear the return shipping cost. For all other cases, shipping costs are non-refundable which are approx Rs 100/- (for New Delhi) and approx Rs 200/- (other states)
